Insights from the Dreaming Pool - The Primal dance of life. Life is a dance. You dance with your lover, your friends, your acquaintances, your children, your cat or your dog. We dance with the elements delighting in their essence. Playful as the wind, flowing like water, powerful is the earth. What can you see when you look into the flames of the fire? Where does the rhythm take you? The flames shift shape, they form and reform, arise and die down. Let the fire energy warm you and relax you. Let your muscles melt into the chair or the bed. Feel the heat and the tingling sensations rise up through your body. It’s warm, it’s hot, it’s orange, yellow, and red. Watch the flickering, hear the crackling and the sounds of the fire. See the flames in your mind and let them awaken your body. This energy is pulsing and throbbing, hot and vital, let it build within you. Allow it to fill you and course through your body and then use it to create, to let loose, to make love, to dance. Direct it into whatever area in your life it is needed.
