Beauty is everywhere, in the smallest wing of an insect to the movement of the cosmos. Notice beauty. The beauty within you radiates out and no matter how your bone structure is formed or what anyone else says that beauty is, who you are in your own nature following your own path, that radiates beauty. A dog smiles at you with all of its being and body with the wag of its tail, loving you because you love it. A cat walks into the room with the elegance and flow of Cat deciding where or with whom it will spend some time sharing its particular beauty. Be what, who and when you are. Beauty is everywhere and in everything. Even in our most difficult times try to see the beauty in the lesson we are learning. How is it stripping away what you no longer need? Shifting and releasing outdated coping mechanisms and patterns that no longer serve you. What can you do to find the beauty?
