change top level menu - LEFT arrow button
change top level menu VALUE - RIGHT arrow button
change setting parameter - CROSS button
change setting parameter VALUE - UP arrow and DOWN arrow buttons
TO SAVE A LOOPING GIF:
The timing settings let you save looping gifs of any length (up to 16s). When ready, change the `gif_record` setting (under Timing) to true. This will reset the loop, clear the display, disable the menu, and start recording. When it's finished a little popup will appear with your gif. You can then right-click and save that popup gif.
