This interactive generative piece takes keyboard input and turns it into an alien language or cypher. In Auto mode, it generates an endless stream of encoded characters that fill the screen with interesting patterns. Mobile devices are limited to Auto mode. On desktops and laptops, start typing to convert a specific phrase. Press the . (period) key 5 times in a row to clear the screen or press the right arrow key to return the piece to Auto mode. Note: you may need to click on the piece with the mouse before it will accept keyboard input, due to the nature of how it may be displayed in an iFrame (depending on where you view it).
